Newsletter: If you subscribe to receive the Deep Rooting Community Newsletter, I collect your name and email address, which are used solely for the delivery of the newsletter to your inbox. I would never share them with any “third parties.” You can always unsubscribe by clicking the UNSUBSCRIBE link of any edition of the newsletter.

Contact: If you submit an inquiry about my work or services via the contact form on this website, I collect your name, website, and email address. This information is held within WPForms in Squarespace and Gmail.

Website Users: Squarespace may collect your IP address and information regarding your location and pages accessed. This data is collected and stored in Google Analytics. Collecting this inforamtion allows me to analyze my web traffic. This analysis is about general trends rather than you as an individual, and your IP address is encoded and not visible to me.

Data Transfers: If you visit the website from another country outside the United States, please be aware that your data may be transferred to the United States and other countries that may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you initially provided information. 

Data Security: I do everything I can to make this website and your information as secure as possible. However, this is the Internet, and no security measures can be 100% secure for reasons far beyond any one person’s intent and control.

I do not monitor personal information you disclose on social media nor do I accept any liability associated with your voluntary disclosure of the same.

Diversity and Inclusion Policy: Deep Rooting is a place that is open, safe and supporting of Indigenous, Black, Asian, POC, LGBTQIA and differently abled people. There is zero tolerance of hate speech, micro-aggressions, or language and behavior that discriminates others. Zero tolerance means that anyone committing these offences will be immediately removed and blocked from all Deep Rooting spaces.
